Lecture “Production and processing of fruits, vegetables, herbs and medicinal plants using the drying method”

Educons University under the auspices of the City Administration for the Economy conducts education within the project “Education and training of primary agricultural producers”. On 20.02.2024. a lecture was held on the topic: “Production and processing of fruits, vegetables, herbs and medicinal plants using the drying method”.

During the lecture, Asst.Prof. Zoran Brljak, emphasized the great importance of the project approved under the call – Identities, EDUCIRC2022 for the education and training of primary agricultural producers.
