WORK PACKAGE 3
Defining Serbia’s circular capacity.
Objectives.
There are no comprehensive and relevant data on the circular economy and its perspective in RS, so it is planned to conduct the first survey of this kind in the territory of the RS. The specific goal of the Project in this part is the formation of a Working Group, which will consist of representatives of institutions that are of special importance for circular economy of RS, and / or whose functioning is greatly influenced by changes in global economic stage. During this part of the research, the data necessary for realization of project aims will be collected, processed and presented. Special attention will be paid to defining circular capacity in agriculture and services in rural areas.

Dissemination, promotion, and exploitation of Project results.
Objectives.
The objective of dissemination, promotion and exploitation of Project results is to: increase public awareness about circular economy, develop mechanism for public private dialogue, set up target group of all stakeholders and organization of events on which will be presented results of research. Target group of stakeholders include policy makers, regulators, companies, different governmental agencies, representatives of local communities and civil society, academic staff, and students.

WORK PACKAGE 5
Project management.
Objectives.
The overall objective of WP5 is to establish coordination and management mechanisms to smoothly implement the project and achieve all project objectives to a high quality within the given time, cost and resources constraints. More specifically the objectives are:
- To provide sound administrative and operational management according to the rules and guidelines; ensuring a smoothly and timely project implementation; based on the management of clear and strong lines of communication between all project partners, between the management and coordination roles, and between the project and the Fund for Science.
- To ensure the effective coordination of the research and innovation actions foreseen in the work-plan, making sure that interactions between work packages and tasks are effectively implemented; providing the outputs expected to achieve the project objectives.
- To ensure high quality delivery by providing regular monitoring and control of activities, substance, and outputs; managing the identification of risks through the setting up and running of a risk monitoring/risk remediation framework at the project level; and respecting the gender, inclusion.
