Within the framework of the EDUCIRC2022 project, 27 of September 2024, a field visit was made to the company ,,Floriva”, which is engaged in the production of certified, virus-free, ELITE, container seedlings of the world’s best and domesticated raspberry varieties. Traditionally, for more than 70 years, about 90% of the population of the municipality of Ivanjica has been producing the highest quality raspberry fruits in the world on the slopes of Mount Golija, which is an official Biosphere Reserve and Nature Park.

As part of the visit to the company, Dr. Gordana Racić presented the activities of the project EDUCIRC2022. Sales Manager Jelena Bošković pointed out that their company recognizes circular models in agriculture, and cites the example of the use of coconut substrates as a new technology for growing raspberries.
