The EDUCIRC2022 project was presented to representatives of the agricultural advisory service “Agroznanje” d.o.o., Mrs. Slavica Dželatović and representatives of the company “Elixir” Prahovo to Mr. Željko Stojković (engineer for waste management and circular economy, Department of circular economy and production of liquid fertilizers) and Danijel Stevanović (associate of the port business administration, Prahovo Port Service). During the contracting of field visits, and at the suggestion of representatives of the company “Agroznanje” from Zaječar and “Elixir” Prahovo, Negotin survey was carried out during a workshop entitled “Attitudes of young people from less developed areas on sustainable development and transition to a circular economy model” and a round table ,,Transition to a circular economy model: the role of local self-governments”, an event held in Boljevac on September 24, 2024. Namely, the representatives of the companies proposed to introduce the workshop participants to their business, which the members of the project team accepted with pleasure, because familiarizing the wider audience with the specifics of the implementation of the circular economy in practice is of particular importance. At this event, Ms. Slavica Dželatović presented the company “Agroznanje” d.o.o., and Mr. Željko Stojković and Danijel Stevanović presented the business of the company “Elixir” Prahovo, Negotin. Through discussion, and in individual conversations with members of the project team, past project activities were presented and possibilities for future cooperation were discussed.
